Russia is the most sanctioned country in the world. Still according to Russian officials its economy holds well. Is it true? Does it mean the sanctions are not working? Why does Russian economy hold so well? Which sanctions are the most/less efficient? What should be done further? Is it time to concentrate on quality (sanctions compliance) instead of quantity (new sanction measures)? Further support of Ukraine is dependent on clear understanding of answers to these questions.
