Romanian far right groups are more than capable of transposing their ideas into actions, engaging in practices that go beyond declarations. How we can conceptually make sense of this shift to action? I propose an interdisciplinary research project that combines security studies and anthropology, and is based on ethnographic proximity. This will offer a crucial contribution to the conceptualization of far right praxis in Romania, by getting as close as possible to relevant political actors.
