Maxime MORAND, Consultant en ressources humaines et éthicien

Maxime Morand studied Philosophy and Theology. After being a Cistercian monk, he was ordained a diocesan priest in 1981. He left the ministry in 1986. For more than 25 years, he worked as a trainer of CEOs and then as human resources director for three Swiss banking groups and their branches around the world (Crédit-Suisse Genève, Union Bancaire Privée and Lombard Odier). Since 2012, he has been providing advice and training in leadership, human resources and human risks. He authored Petit Guide du Leadership provoc’acteur selon Jésus-Christ (Favre, 2015), Des mots et des hommes (Faim de siècle, 2018), Prends et provoque ta parole en public (2018).
